Accidents Will Happen: Creative Salvage 1981-1991 is an exhibition at the Friedman Benda gallery presenting early furniture pieces from designers including Ron Arad and Tom Dixon.

The exhibition explores the anti-establishment design movement called Creative Salvage, which began as a result of political dissent in the 1980s.

The exhibition includes objects made from recycled materials, including the Pylon Mirror by Tom Dixon and the Robot Table by Mark Brazier-Jones.
