Battersea Power Station Development Company has created a vibrant mixed-use development inside one of London's emblematic listed buildings.

The project sees Battersea Power Station transformed from a derelict site into a vibrant mixed-use development, which will open to the public from Autumn 2022. Once open, the Grade II* listed building will house 254 apartments, over 100 shops, bars and restaurants, event and office space, as well as a chimney lift experience.

Meticulously restored and converted to create unique homes across three sections – Switch House East, Switch House West and the Boiler House – apartments within the building are integrated within the existing structure, as well as three new glazed floors which offer homeowners stunning views across the London.

This project has been longlisted in the housing project category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
