Magpie Studio has designed the Design District Canteen - Nourishing Creativity in London, United Kingdom.

This project is a new market hall at the heart of the Design District — a new neighbourhood on the Greenwich Peninsula, that's been purpose-built as a permanent home for London's creative industries.

Bustling with street food and a well-stocked bar, Canteen is an unpretentious space where local creatives can feed their creativity.

Channelling the day-glow immediacy of market stall flashes and offers, the brand is built around bold iconography, upbeat messaging and playful touches – bringing some much-needed colour to the daily ritual of the working lunch.

This project has been longlisted in the graphic design category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
