Locke has designed Schwan Locke in Munich, Germany.

This project, situated a few minutes walk from the Theresienwiese – home to Munich's Oktoberfest – features 151 spacious, design-led studio apartments, along with an active cultural programme for guests and locals.

In addition, Schwan Locke features a communal co-working space, gym, coffee shop, retail and BAMBULE! – a destination restaurant/cocktail bar/courtyard, by the team behind revered local Michelin-starred restaurant, Mural.

Locke’s innovative lifestyle hotel-home hybrid seeks to deliver an experience that uniquely encourages the traveller to stay for as long as possible while providing them with an opportunity to immerse themselves into the local community.

This project has been shortlisted in the hotel and short-stay interiors category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
