Founded by Hooman Balazadeh in 2007, Hooba Design Group is a Tehran-based architectural and interior design firm.

The studio aims toward designing and developing projects aligned to the cultural, historical, climatic, and geographical characteristics of the context by redefining and enriching the vernacular architecture based on contemporary requirements.

Ranging from interiors to city-scale projects, the goal is to create an expandable pattern to work within and beyond its boundaries as a developed typology.

Considering each project as a continuous developmental step toward reflecting the architectural concerns has led to the formation and consolidation of the office's discipline.

This project has been shortlisted in the architecture studio of the year category of Dezeen Awards 2022.
