Erwan Bouroullec
Paris-based designer Erwan Bouroullec is co-founder of eponymic design studio Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec.
Bouroullec graduated from École nationale supérieure d'arts de Paris-Cergy in 1998. He worked alongside his brother for companies including Vitra, Hay, Samsung, Flos, Kvadrat, Ligne Roset and Established & Sons.
Their designs have been featured in museums such as the MoMA in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Centre National d'Art et de Culture Georges-Pompidou in Paris and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.
Notable exhibitions include the London Design Museum in 2002, the Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles in 2004, the Centre Pompidou–Metz in 2011, the Victoria & Albert Museum in 2011, the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago in 2012 and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in 2013.
