08014 Arquitectura has built 24 public dwellings in Platja d'en Bossa in Ibiza, Spain.

This project is a four-storey building of 24 public housing units located in Platja d'En Bossa, just south of Ibiza town.

The building is designed around four courtyards that play an essential role in the comfort of the dwellings and exponentially increase its form factor so that all living rooms have double orientation and cross ventilation.

The structure is solved with load-bearing walls that form a mesh of rooms organised in three concentric strips, with the circulation core in the centre.

The project fulfils many sustainability and energy efficiency indicators, significantly improving the values set by current regulations.

This project has been longlisted in the housing project category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
