Sunst Studio has developed the new BSTN Store in Brixton, London, United Kingdom.

Situated on Brixton Road, the two-storey BSTN Store mixes high-tech contemporary materials with a retro-futuristic interior to evoke a distinct feeling of otherworldliness.

With its use of material clarity, juxtaposing warm textured welcoming areas with monolithic surfaces and seamless LED screen walls, the interior of the store features a number of dramatic changes of tone.

Heavily integrated with the local area, and making visual nods and references to Brixton's unique urban character, the premium sneaker store was fitted with adaptable elements to cater to a wide variety of local community functions.

This project has been longlisted in the retail interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
