WGNB has designed and expanded the new SVRN store in Chicago, United States.

This project expanded an existing tenant space with neighbouring tenant space with a new brand's imagery.

Without major relocation of any mechanical units and other utilities, WGNB introduced ceiling structures that hide all the units and utilities above, delineating a new ceiling line in the space.

"The spatial design of the SVRN store began with our interpretation of SVRN’s brand identity and narrative through the Eastern perspective," said WGNB. "While the Western perspective looks at the object itself, the Eastern perspective rather focuses on the surrounding relationship of the object."

This project has been longlisted in the retail interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
