Futurewave have designed an electric motorbike hybrid designed for urban areas.

Yoda Bike has a lightweight, aluminium structure, weighing only 23 kilograms. It can reach a top speed of 50 km/h, covering a distance of 70 kilometres on a single charge.

According to Futurewave, Yoda offers the advantages of both an e-bike and a moped, making it ideal for daily commuting.

The bike's connected software enables real-time data updates for users and fleet managers, ensuring security against theft, monitoring battery levels, and tracking directions.

Yoda's integrated technology and design can detect any issues, allowing for on-site repairs through module replacements, while contactless unlocking enables sharing among individuals or companies.

This project has been longlisted in the product design (consumer design and wearables) category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
