Nelly Ben Hayoun Studios was commissioned by UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK to create Tour de Moon.

Tour de Moon is a collective experience, a free public nationwide festival of immersive experiences and live events celebrating nightlife and youth counterculture.

In it, the Moon is seen as a character, a landscape and a prompt for radical imagination.

The festival is composed of eight programming strands, it engages visitors through live and virtual experiences through thousands of new commissions.

Led by Nelly Ben Hayoun Studios, it is composed of more than 90 individuals as a part of its team, a youth reporter board, an advisory board and youth organisations, all working together to build a large-scale free festival committed to plurality.

This project has been longlisted in the installation design category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
