EPR Architects has designed its own studio, All Saints, in London, United Kingdom.

EPR Architects' net zero carbon London studio, All Saints, is a retrofit project that epitomises the values of the practice – designed with innovation, flexibility and sustainability at its core.

Following decades of unsympathetic alterations, EPR has restored a once fine but crumbling Victorian building to its former glory.

"Drawing on our substantial heritage expertise, the transformation showcases the rich character of the original building while making bold interventions that safeguard its future as a viable workplace," said EPR.

In doing so, a variety of spaces tailored to the needs of its design teams reflect and enable its collaborative style of working in the studio.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable renovation category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
