Terasa rugs by Curran
Dezeen Showroom: US brand Curran has launched Terasa, a natural-look rug, which is made to be used in high-traffic settings, both indoors and out.
Replicating the look of natural fibres, the Terasa rug collection is made from twisted polypropylene yarns that can withstand intensive use, so it can be used in hospitality settings such as hotels or poolside lounges.
Bringing a warm, indoor-outdoor feeling, the range is available in five weave patterns based on the most popular styles by Curran, which specialises in natural flooring products such as sisal, jute and wool.
The weave patterns include bouclé, herringbone and tiger-eye, with each style available in a range of neutral colours and border options.
The Teresa rugs meet the highest fire rating classification and Curran says they are easy to maintain and have a soft feel underfoot.
The range is also available as wall-to-wall carpets and is equally suitable for the home as for contract environments.
