Architecture Snøhetta, which has offices in New York and San Francisco, is facing claims of "unlawful discrimination against several employees" by US labour organiser Architectural Workers United.
The organisation alleges that the studio "unlawfully discriminated against several employees for exercising their right to engage in concerted activities" during a recent union drive.
