The first edition of Guangzhou Design Triennial takes place at the Guangdong Museum of Art in 2024, following the theme The Warm-beings.

As part of the programme, the Matters of Care exhibition explores the politics and ethics surrounding care, and carelessness, through design.

Participants in the exhibition include A.A.Murakami, Aldo Cibic, Alissa + Nienke, Alvaro Catalan de Ocon, Chen Min, Colin Fournier, ecoLogicStudio, Eric Klarenbeek & Maartje Dros, FormaFantasma, Lin Fanglu, MOS Architects, Neri Oxman, Onearthstudio, Shahar Livne, Studio Ossidiana and Terreform One.

The exhibition is curated by researcher Naiyi Wang and supported by Design Trust Feature Grant.

Guangzhou Design Triennial takes place from 16 January to 31 May 2024 at Guangdong Museum of Art, 38 Yanyu Road, Er-Sha Island, Guangzhou, China.
