Palet has launched its surface design system, Palet, allowing people to design and produce their own ceramic tiles.
"We were looking to reimagine tile production and wanted to make it possible for people to create unique designs while honouring the natural qualities of glazed tiles," said Palet.
Through a production line entirely developed in-house, Palet was able to design and print tiles on demand and at scale. The result is a premium and unique alternative to mass-produced ceramic tiles.
This project has been longlisted in the surface design category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
