Breathe Architecture has designed Park Street in Victoria, Australia.

Positioned across from Royal Park and within moments from the Upfield Line and Sydney Road, Park Street consists of two blocks: the west and east sides.

Each side embodies a unique colour scheme and layout that embraces the building's original charm while achieving a greater sense of identity.

The design showcases the beauty of imperfections and demonstrates that an existing building can be carbon-neutral in operation and bring life to a new community.

With sustainability and community front of mind, this regenerative approach to housing challenges the status quo by breathing new life into good.

This project has been longlisted in the housing category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
