BLUE Architecture Studio has designed the Seed Plaza in Jiaxing, China.

This project is defined as a real estate-supporting facility and is currently used as an exhibition centre and retail space for nearby communities located at the boundary between the urban and natural environments.

Half of the surroundings are farms and parks, while the other half are residential and commercial streets.

Different orientations offer diverse landscapes and atmospheres, forming a diverse and vibrant sense of place.

The roads around Seed Plaza intersect, drawing people together and making it the most dynamic core location in the entire neighbourhood.

This project has been longlisted in the mixed-use project category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
