The Malin Group has designed its own interiors for The Malin Wedgewood Houston in Nashville, United States.

In Nashville's vibrant Wedgewood Houston neighbourhood, The Malin Wedgewood Houston offers a spacious 16,000-square-foot workspace crafted as a high-design, low-distraction oasis for discerning professionals.

At a functional level, the member's club offers seven private offices, 48 dedicated desks, two libraries for silent work, bookable spaces for private meetings and gatherings, 14 soundproof phone booths and over 9,000 square feet of communal workspace with lounge seating, communal desks and standing desks.

"While coworking spaces aren't new to Nashville, The Malin Wedgewood Houston project needed to provide residents with an elevated shared workspace experience that offered a new and better way of working," said The Malin Group.

"The workspace needed to service all work styles, it needed to offer a harmonious blend of form and function and it needed to be special."

This project has been longlisted in the workplace interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
