Lotto Studio has collaborated with Marsèll on the interiors of the Marsèll Flagship Store in Milan, Italy.

The first flagship store of Marsèll, a renowned Italian craft footwear and accessories brand, has opened at Via della Spiga 42, Milan.

Designed in collaboration with Berlin-based Lotto Studio, the nearly 400-square-metre retail space, set across two levels, is dedicated to the minimal display of Marsèll's iconic, timeless collections and their continuing dialogue with art and culture.

Orchestrating this unity entailed a series of parameters: a shift away from the overloading of the product; the embracing of 'materia prima'; the paired-back treatment of form that does not rely on common minimalisms; and finally, the creation of a strong, demarcated perimeter.

This project has been shortlisted in the retail interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
