Shortlisted for Dezeen Awards 2024 interior designer of the year, Esther Stam is founder of Amsterdam-based Studio Modijefsky.

Founded in 2009, the studio hosts an international team of designers who work on projects ranging from hotels, houses and offices to museums, boutiques, bars and spas.

Some of their clients include Booking.com, G-Star, Museum Arnhem and the Van Gogh Museum among others.

Recent projects of Studio Modijefsky include the revovation of Burcht van Leiden castle into Hotel Rumour and Van Stapele cookie shop in Amsterdam.

Studio Modijefsky has been shortlisted in the interior designer of the year category of Dezeen Awards 2024.
