Design festival Designtide Tokyo hosts its first event in 12 years, presenting exhibitions, talks and a market over five days.

The main exhibition sees 32 international artists and designers showcase contemporary design pieces, while the special exhibition spotlights eight emerging talents.

The event's directors include Dezeen's editorial director Max Fraser and co-founder of Sight Unseen Monica Khemsurov, who are both hosting talks during the festival.

Designtide Tokyo 2024 takes place from 27 November to 1 December 2024 at Nihonbashi Mitsui Hall, 2 Chome-2-1 Nihonbashimuromachi, Chuo City, Tokyo 103-0022, Japan.
