Lee Broom
Lee Broom is a British product designer and founder of his eponymous London-based brand.
Broom started his education at a theatre school but went on to study fashion design at Central St Martin’s after having won a fashion design competition at the age of 17, which allowed him to work for designer Vivienne Westwood.
Since founding his studio in 2007, Broom has won over 20 awards including The Queen’s Award for Enterprise and the British Designer of the Year Award.
With his original brand of luxury furniture and lighting design, Broom presents his collections at the New York and London design weeks every year. He has created over 100 furniture and lighting pieces and accessories; as well as products and interiors for leading global brands including Mulberry and Christian Louboutin, retailing in over 250 stores in 48 countries, along with his own showrooms in New York and London.
Lee Broom was named among the 500 most newsworthy forces in global design in the 2017 Dezeen Hot List.
