Tigg + Coll worked with Greystar to reimagine their flagship building, to create a luxurious and desirable student residence in London.

The project delivers a more inclusive reception space, communal study and social areas, a gym, cafe and screening room. The client’s brief was to add to the student experience, define their brand and help to create sense of community. TCA created a series of social spaces that would reflect the aspirations of their residents, whilst creating exciting architectural spaces to enliven what was an uninspiring building.
