Vincent van Duysen
Belgium-born Vincent Van Duysen is founder of Vincent Van Duysen Architects.
Vincent Van Duysen graduated from Sint-Lucas School of Architecture before moving to Milan to collaborate with designer Aldo Cibic. Since founding his studio in 1990, Van Duysen has worked on a multitude of projects ranging from commercial interiors, private homes and large scale architecture projects.
Van Duysen has worked for multiple brands on various projects including Alexander Wang’s European flagship store, Aesop's Hamburg store and a concrete LED lamp for Flos. Italian brand Molteni&C appointed Van Duysen as art director in 2016 to develop the brand's stores, products and interiors. He designed the brand's New York showroom in 2018.
The architect has received multiple awards for his work, including the Flemish Culture Prize for Design and the Belgian Designer of the Year award.
