Beatriz Colomina
Architectural historian and curator Beatriz Colomina is the founding director of the media and modernity programme at Princeton University.
Born in Madrid and now based in the United States, the history of architecture professor has curated a number of large exhibitions, including the third edition of Istanbul Design Biennale.
Colomina also writes about art, design, architecture, sexuality and media. Her books include Sexuality and Space and X-ray Architecture.
As part of the Serpentine Gallery's Work Marathon event in 2018, Colomina investigated what people get up to in bed, as she believes it will affect the way we design cities in the future.
