Hilda Impey
Dubai-based Hilda Impey is the design principal at Wilson Associates.
Born and raised in Mexico, Impey received a masters degree in textile futures from Central Saint Martins in London. In 2002, she was awarded first place at the International Design Biennale in Mexico City.
With 20 years of interior design experience, Impey has previously worked as a fabric buyer, product developer and tend forecaster for suppliers all over the world. She describes herself as a curious researcher with an interest in social anthropology, as well as a "perseverant advocate for sustainable design solutions".
