BEAM Pavilion was commissioned by Greenpeace UK to show festival-goers the challenges facing pollinators.

Hoare Lea teamed up with artist Wolfgang Buttress to deliver the creative technical design of digital audio and video systems for his immersive BEAM Pavilion.

The installation was commissioned  for Glastonbury Festival to highlight nature in all its diversity; how it fuels our existence and how we impact it and in particular the existential challenges facing pollinators.

Hoare Lea provided the technical, audiovisual and electroacoustic-systems design for the installation, enveloping visitors in 360-degree soundscapes, projection and lighting.

This project has been longlisted in the installation design project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
