Longlisted for emerging designer of the year at Dezeen Awards 2020, Charlotte McCurdy Research is an interdisciplinary design studio founded in Brooklyn in 2018.

McCurdy's work was exhibited in the 2019 Cooper Hewitt Design Triennial and was the winner of the Experimental Category of the 2019 Fast Company Innovation by Design Awards.

Her work focuses on making existential threats, such as climate change, more tractable through design.
