CBRE Spain has designed new offices arranged over a single storey in the heart of Madrid's premier business hub.

CBRE Spain and M Moser Associates designed this experiential and culturally influenced office in the heart of Madrid's premier business hub. Through a brand-led approach to the concept design and with careful attention to the detailed design, our team created a theatrical quality to the client arrival experience.

The project for this company’s new European headquarters began with two goals: to create a space perfect for hosting a range of events, and to centre every aspect of the design on employee well-being, with particular attention to wheelchair access. It includes various spaces to further accentuate wellbeing and attract talent including a wellness room, parenting room, library, cinema, screening room and wine bar.

The forward-thinking work environment caters to a progressive workforce for collaborating and generating original content, allowing for future growth and the local evolution of the brand.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
