Created by design studio Re+D, Cuitláhuac Building is a housing complex based in Mexico.

Located within the periphery of Guadalajara, a city in accelerated growth where the central properties are increasingly on demand, the project starts with the premise of redensification.

The land, previously two residences that were demolished, has become a higher density by proposing four levels of apartments, aimed at a contemporary family model.

This project has been longlisted in the housing project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
