Longlisted for emerging architect of the year at Dezeen Awards 2020, Devolution is a Xiamen-based architecture studio, founded by Tang Jiansong, Wang Qi and Yang Lutong  in 2016.

Devolution is a "three-A" company dedicated to providing comprehensive plans of architecture, art and advertisement.

The firm is also an open and creative studio that inspires to connect architecture with various media, produces new ideas on architecture and urban living, and hopes to bring architectural thinking and artistic approaches into different areas.

Devolution has been longlisted in the emerging architect of the year category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
