Mehrform has designed a furniture collection made from folded aluminium sheets.

The Moreform principle is the simplest method of manufacturing shelves and other furniture pieces in varying sizes. Most of them are made up of just two different workpieces. The distinctive and constant design always arises by itself in the making.

The frame of each piece of furniture is formed by a folded aluminium sheet with incisions in the fold tips which are the mounts for the other elements such as shelf boards, table tops or seats.

This project has been longlisted in the furniture design project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
