Adam Nathaniel Furman has designed an apartment in Tokyo, which features a bubblegum-pink kitchen and a stripey green floor.
The apartment had previously contained a number of cramped rooms that were arranged around a long, narrow corridor. The studio has reconfigured the 160-square-metre space to form larger and more open rooms.
A palette of pastel colours, natural and artificial materials, and an open and interconnected layout has been incorporated.
This project has been longlisted in the apartment interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
