British designers Barber & Osgerby have created a chair for Emeco that can be endlessly recycled.

Barber Osgerby were tasked with the creation of a next generation cafe chair that is simple, timeless and sustainable.

The result is a chair that feels moderns but references the iconic bentwood cafe chairs of the 1930s, and pushes forward current understanding of what sustainable design should mean.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable design category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
