Pinot is a chair and sofa made from wood and leather, designed without polyether urethane.

A design with a carefully balanced anatomy where the materials live in symbiosis with one another, the vigour in the laminated veneer meets the natural give of the leather.

The seat, stretched across the oak veneer framework, provides a relaxed seating angle and good comfort. It is designed for easy restoring and disassembly, worn parts can be repaired and eventually recycled separately.

This project has been longlisted in the seating design project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
