Studio Philipp Hainke has explored the potential of furniture for power supplies, which can be used across private housing, cafés, co-working spaces, offices and hotels.
Powerplace is a response to the growing need on electricity in our life and explores the potential of a new furniture category for power supplies.
It combines an extension cord, a power bank and a variety of plugs and cables in one organised object and offers a puristic and back standing piece of furniture that appears like a small, ordinary side table.
This project has been longlisted in the furniture design project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
