Run For The Hills has designed a new visual identity for a steakhouse in Hilton Prague to appeal to both meat-eaters and vegans.
Hilton wanted to reposition their meat-focused restaurant, in the heart of carnivorous Eastern Europe, as a vegan-friendly destination.
Called The Able Butcher, the studio played on the knife skills of the "butcher", inventing a new concept around culinary artistry.
The designers created a series of handcrafted illustrations in a bold colour palette, focusing on vegetables over meat.
The studio re-defined butchery as culinary knife skills – knife and fork illustrations feature across the logo and branding.
This project has been longlisted in the graphic design category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
