WARP Studio is a new type of office space for Mitsui Fudosan, which encourages people from different teams to share a workspace.

The entire office is an open space with a large sunken sofa area that is positioned in the centre, where the workers can spend their time as they like and work as they prefer – either on the large sofa, desk area or corner coffee table with a view of the city.

The point was to create an office where people can truly relax and spend their time in freedom, giving workers a feeling of being in their own home, and this idea inspired the design of all the office's common spaces.

This project has been longlisted in the small workspace interior project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
