Design studio Labotory has created a retail space for Korean eyewear brand YUN in Berlin, Germany.

YUN is a balanced brand that has both mechanical perfection and an analog esthetic and embraces the different feelings of the East and the West.

The studio wanted to complete the unique spatial experience of bringing about the coexistence of conflicting values with the minimal sensibilities of Korea in the East.

The firm characterised the space through 'Dansaekhwa' and the nuance of 'white porcelain' to express the minimalism of YUN's texture.

This project has been longlisted in the large retail interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
