Tectōne and Tact Architecture have designed a residential brick building as part of the restructuring of the island of Nantes in western France.
The high-density construction is composed of three brick volumes that interact with each other, creating many outdoor and indoor common spaces.
This project is composed of social housing, to-buy housing and 15 co-housing apartments with the future inhabitants.
This project has been longlisted in the housing project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
