Public vote winner for housing project of the year: Zellige is a residential brick building designed as part of the restructuring of the island of Nantes in western France.
The high-density construction is composed of three brick volumes that interact with each other, creating many outdoor and indoor common spaces.
This project is composed of social housing, to-buy housing and 15 co-housing apartments with the future inhabitants.
