Shortlisted for urban house of the year at Dezeen Awards 2020, Daita is a three-level housing structure that accommodates a couple, their parents and their children.
There is no wall between the house and its garden. Layers of lines, such as timbers, steel members, pillars and beams of single pipes and bracings, staircases, balustrades, window frames, furniture, sundries and many plants, are interwoven from the outside to the inside of the building, so that each inhabitant can live freely and find one's own relaxing environment.
