Shortlisted in the small interior of the year of Dezeen Awards 2020, Single Person Gallery is a vintage retail gallery in Shanghai.

Offhand Practice was tasked with transforming a 60 square-metre space into the retail gallery.

The space shares a similar physicality of a cave, which caused the studio to explore the idea that caves are not an imposed concept, but manifested by the nature of the site itself.
