Carme Pinós
Spanish architect Carme Pinós is founder of Barcelona-based multidisciplinary practice Estudio Carme Pinós.
Pinós has taught at several higher education institutions, including the IUAV di Venezia, University of Illinois, Düsseldorf Kunstakademie, Columbia University, l’Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, Harvard University GSD, Accademia di Archittetura di Mendrisio and Universitá Roma Tre.
In 2016 Pinós was awarded the Richard J. Neutra Medal for Professional Excellence and the Berkeley-Rupp Architecture Professorship. In 2011 Pinós was granted AIA Honorary Fellowship and in 2013 was made a RIBA International Fellow.
