Noelia Monteiro
Noelia Monteiro is a founding partner of Estudio Flume, and she works on socio-environmental projects in rural areas.
Noelia graduated from the National University of Cordoba in 2008, and then completed a masters in Housing and City at the Escola da Cidade Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism in São Paulo.
She has been assistant professor of Architecture, Education and Society at Escola da Cidade since 2019, and coordinates the research group Ways of Living on the Marajó Island - Pará. In her work she aims to strengthen opportunities in rural communities through architecture and urbanism, and create resilient structures.
