A.N. House is an interior renovation for a two-storey villa in Shanghai.

With curved surfaces, natural materials and bright colours, this project explores an alternative atmosphere of a home.

The original property was fragmented by excessive structures. Curve as a continuous design language is utilized to unify spaces and architectural elements and enable the public space to flow freely from the entrance to the garden penetrating gently through the whole house.

Curvatures are affected by the room functions, creating various feelings on each floor.

This project has been longlisted in the house interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
