SgnhA has transformed a family home into a specialty coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The bustling sounds of the neighbourhood pierce through the breeze blocks, which are inspired by Vietnamese Modernist Architecture and the V60 coffee dripper.
Once passed through the hidden entrance, guests are immediately welcomed by a vibrant communal space with tables, an open brew bar, and window seats facing the garden. The spiral staircase leads to the balcony of the first floor. Here, guests can enjoy the view on the common yard, the alleyway, tall trees, and the neighbouring main roads. the main roads.
This project has been longlisted in the rebirth project category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
