Deck chair Oona is a robust easy chair with a wooden seat and backrest.

Designed by David Ericsson and produced by newly started Swedish furniture manufactory Atelier Sandemar, Oona reflects everything Atelier Sandemar stands for carefully crafted furniture, made in Sweden.

It is not difficult to describe Oona: wooden planks for the seat and the backrest are given support by a metal construction that forms into armrests. A wheel in the back makes it easy to move Oona around - chasing the sun or searching for shadow. Oona is suitable for outdoor or indoor use.

This project has been longlisted in the seating design category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
