Dorval Collection by Lambert & Fils is inspired by airport runway lights.

The collection is inspired by the offbeat spirit of the Dorval 01 originally designed by SCMP Design Office.

The full extended collection edited by Lambert & Fils comprises a suspension model, a wall lamp, a table lamp, a floor version and a linear suspension in a variety of curated colours. Drawing equal inspiration from airport runway lights and the classic Motobecane french moped, the result is a design both confrontational and intriguing—one which poses an immediate invitation to play.

This project has been longlisted in the lighting design category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
